Get ready for a day of mystery and intrigue at the historic Mount Hope Estate in Manheim, PA!
You will begin by attending a hat decorating workshop. Don’t show up to the Derby without your hat! Join Mount Hope for a hat-decorating workshop before the show – each guest can select and decorate their own derby hat to wear to the event.
After the workshop, enter the historic mansion for the main event. It’s 1930 at the Kentucky Derby and tensions are high. Rival families face off at this final race to determine who will take home the crown and usher in a new era of horse racing. It’s all anyone can talk about…until the murder! Don your hats, place your bets and make sure your Juleps are strong, we’ve got a mystery to solve.

Be transported to the cultures of Asia...only much closer to home! Our day will begin at BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham in Robbinsville, NJ. BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham is the largest Hindu temple in the U.S. This temple, also known as a mandir, will give you the feel of being transported to another world. The Akshardham spans 185 acres and boasts stunning architecture that will amaze you. After a tour and time on your own, we will have a true Hindu experience with lunch (on your own) at the Shayona Café. *Please note: The Hindu temple will require a dress code. Please check itinerary for specifics*
We will then journey to Shofuso Japanese Cultural Center in Philadelphia. Enjoy a tour of this traditional Japanese-style house originally built in Japan in 1953, a few years later it was dismantled and shipped to Philadelphia and reconstructed as part of the city's Japanese-American Friendship Festival. After the tour, participate in a tea tasting. A trained guide will explain the history, culture, and art of Chadō, or the way of tea, known in the US as Tea Ceremony. You will learn about Japanese tea culture and get a chance to make and drink your own bowl of tea. After the tasting, enjoy feeding the koi fish in their koi pond with a cup of koi fish food.

The second stop features a Farm to Table lunch experience at Mount Hope Estate. Enjoy lunch in their gorgeous restored barn and is complete with a meal host. The host will share some fun facts about farming in Lancaster County and talk about where the meal was sourced. Included will be products from Kreider Farms (our first stop) and Seltzers Smokehouse (our next stop).
The third stop features a tour at Seltzers Smokehouse Experience. From the secret spice blends to hand-tended fires, witness the artistry that goes into creating Seltzer's Smokehouse Meats' signature flavors.

Hugh Jackman: From New York, With Love will appear live at Radio City Music Hall!
In his first live concert series in five years, two-time Tony Award recipient Hugh Jackman will perform songs from some of his most iconic roles, including The Boy From Oz, The Greatest Showman, Les Miserables and The Music Man, alongside other surprises from his career.
Seats on this trip are $240 per person. This includes Orchestra seating (Rows H-K) at the show & bus. A $140 deposit is due within 3 weeks of reservation. Remainder due no later than September 1st.
